RFP: Construction of Archaeological Wet Screening System

Cowlitz Indian Tribe (CIT) is s soliciting proposals for Construction of Archaeological Wet Screening System. Contractor is responsible to obtain all necessary permits as required. All work must meet federal, local, and Cowlitz Indian Tribe standards, specifications, and codes.

Special Considerations:

  • All bidding, contractual, and work processes for all participating parties must meet the requirements specified in CIT Procurement Code.
  • Upon award of this contract to the successful bidder, this RFP will be referenced and incorporated as an attachment to the contract between both parties. 
  • Bidder must provide a detailed work schedule (Microsoft Scheduling Program or equivalent acceptable). 
  • This is a Lump Sum contract. If contractor does not elect to attach a schedule of values (SOV) to their proposal, the contractor will submit an invoice upon completion and CIT approval of the work for the total contract amount minus 5% retainage as reference in the contract (Section 2.3).

  • Site Visit: 9 a.m. PST June 25, 2026
  • Questions about the RFP must be submitted via e-mail or in writing on or before: 3 p.m. PST July 1, 2026
  • Proposals Due: 3 p.m. PST July 17, 2026
