GWE MEMBER PORTAL

The Cowlitz Indian Tribe is pleased to share that the Fall 2025 GWE benefit (also referred to as the Tax Revenue & Living Expenses Distribution) will be processed in-house through a new online portal in partnership with Handle IT. This GWE Portal is separate from the Member Portal launched earlier this year in June and will provide a secure way for Tribal members to attest for their benefits online.

On Monday, October 27, 2025, Tribal members received an email from the Tribe with step-by-step instructions on how to set up your account on the new platform. This email was sent to Tribal members who have a unique email on file with Enrollment. Because we value the safety and security of your information, this setup process includes several verification steps. We encourage Tribal Members to set up your account as early as possible and before attestation begins on November 3, 2025, in case you run into any unexpected issues.

The attestation process has opened for all enrolled Cowlitz Tribal members on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 9 a.m. PST.

If you prefer not to attest online, paper applications—similar to the process used for the Summer 2025 GWE—will be available by request or at Cowlitz Indian Tribal offices starting November 3, 2025.
