The Cowlitz Indian Tribe (CIT) is soliciting proposals for construction services as described in 'Scope of Work' provided in the RFP attachment. The Cowlitz Indian Tribe, Cultural Stewardship Program is preparing to complete an archaeological screening project to process bulk archaeological spoil sediments mechanically excavated from site 45CL26 (Woodland Site) as part of the East Fork Lewis River Bridge Project.
Special Considerations:
- All bidding, contractual, and work processes for all participating parties must meet the requirements specified in CIT Procurement Code.
- Upon award of this contract to the successful bidder, this RFP will be referenced and incorporated as an attachment to the contract between both parties.
- Bidder must provide a detailed work schedule (Microsoft Scheduling Program or equivalent acceptable).
- This is a Lump Sum contract. If contractor does not elect to attach a schedule of values (SOV) to their proposal, the contractor will submit an invoice upon completion and CIT approval of the work for the total contract amount minus 5% retainage as reference in the contract. (Section 2.3).
