Emergency Notice Update 10/22/2020

Emergency Notice update: 10-22-2020

As we continue testing and begin remediation relating to mold issues at St. Mary’s and the Cowlitz Village, all facilities will be closed to everyone except essential employees, residents and contractors.

As of Monday, 10/19, all employees and residents have been temporarily relocated in order to allow for unencumbered remediation and remodel construction while protecting all staff and residents during this process.

Once residents begin to return to the Cowlitz Village, guests of residents will be allowed access but need to be aware of closed areas and alternate entrances and exits.
