The Cowlitz Tribe Education and Arts Fund
Established in 2019, the Cowlitz Tribe Education and Arts Fund is one of the largest funders in Clark County, with an annual payout target of roughly $2.2 million in 2019. The Cowlitz Tribe Education and Art Fund awards grants to organizations in Clark County Washington. The Cowlitz Indian Tribe and ilani Resort believe that art, culture, and education are a foundation for personal fulfillment, thriving families, and strong communities.
Through the Cowlitz Tribe Education and Arts Fund, the Tribe will award grant funding to explore innovation, leverage resources, and support efforts to bring art, culture, and education to the people and communities of Clark County, Washington.
The Cowlitz Education and Arts fund cannot accept grant requests for work done outside of Clark County, Washington.
Grants will continue to be awarded throughout 2019. The fund currently has no staff, so proposals are accepted by invitation only.
Although no unsolicited proposals are accepted at this time, funding opportunities for unsolicited proposals will rollout in 2020. Stay tuned to this web page for further details.
